Ingredients

• 1 oz Precis Aquavit
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1 oz Simple syrup Topped with champagne

How to make

• Pour ingredients into a shaker
• Add lots of ice
• Shake drink until ice cold and
  sufficient ice has melted
• Pour into champagne glass
• Add champagne
• Decorate with Citron zest
